Dillien now works in Claude and Copilot
Dillien is live in Claude and Microsoft Copilot, alongside ChatGPT and Saga. How to connect each one, and what the assistant can see in the room.

Dillien is live in Claude (opens an external site) and Microsoft Copilot (opens an external site) as of 28 October 2026, alongside ChatGPT (opens an external site) and Saga (opens an external site). How you connect depends on whether you use the assistant on your own account or through your firm’s workspace, so the steps below are split by plan.
What the assistant reads
- Documents in the room.
- The request list: request titles and descriptions, written answers, N/A remarks, file notes, folder titles, folder descriptions and folder notes.
- Read-only. It cannot upload, move or change anything in the room.
- Scoped to the signed-in user’s own access. Nothing outside it.
- It does not read Q&A, findings, tasks or the activity log.
What can you use it for?
Connecting the request list to the contents of the room gives the assistant the full transaction context: what was asked for, what was delivered against it, and what the seller said about each item. It reasons from that, not from a pile of files with no indication of what anyone wanted from them.
Sell side, before the process opens. Run the room against the request list as it stands: which requests have a document behind them, which have an answer but no file, which answers sit awkwardly against the underlying document. Vendor due diligence is largely this exercise done early, and gaps found before a buyer finds them stay cheap. Same discipline as in organising deal documents, with the room doing the first sweep.
Buy side, the first pass. With two hundred requests and several thousand files, the first days go to orientation. Which agreements carry change-of-control or assignment restrictions, where the guarantees and security sit, which contracts have termination rights triggered by a sale, which requests were answered without a document. The review still happens. The locating does not have to.
Portfolio and contract analysis. Rent levels, indexation, break options and expiry profile across a lease portfolio. Notice periods, price adjustment mechanisms, exclusivity and customer concentration across commercial contracts. Assembled into one table instead of one file at a time.
Documents against numbers. Which revenue is contracted and for how long, which costs are fixed by agreement, how the rent roll reconciles to the management accounts, what falls away if a given contract is terminated.
Consistency across the room. The same fact appears in the share register, the board minutes, the disclosure schedule and the management presentation. Where those disagree, it is worth knowing early.
Both sides can now interrogate the same material directly, with the request list telling the assistant what each document was produced to answer.
How do you connect Claude?
Free, Pro and Max. Open the “+” menu in a chat, hover over Connectors, then Manage connectors, or go to Customize › Connectors. Search for Dillien, click Connect and sign in with your Dillien account.
Team and Enterprise. An Owner or Primary Owner enables the connector first, under Organization settings › Connectors › Browse connectors, then Add to your team. That makes it available but grants no access on its own: each member still connects and signs in with their own Dillien account, as above.
Two differences worth knowing between the two plans:
- Connector requests. Members who cannot add connectors themselves can select Request on the connector’s page. On Team this is on by default. On Enterprise it is off until an Owner turns on Let members request connectors.
- Verified domains. On Enterprise, Owners can prevent services on their verified domains from being connected to Claude accounts outside the organisation.
Owners on both plans can restrict which tools a connector may use, under Customize › Connectors › Tool permissions. Dillien exposes read-only tools, so there is nothing further to narrow. Note also that connectors on Team and Enterprise work in private projects only, and chats containing synced content cannot be shared.
How do you connect Microsoft Copilot?
Dillien is published on the Microsoft Marketplace (opens an external site) and appears in the Agent Store inside Microsoft Copilot. Both draw on the same catalogue, so you can install it from either.
Installation requires a work or school account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported, so this runs through your firm’s Microsoft 365 tenant rather than a private account.
Where your tenant allows users to install agents: open the Agent Store in Copilot, search for Dillien, select Add and sign in with your Dillien account.
Where it does not, an administrator installs or allows the agent from the Microsoft 365 admin center under Agents. They can make it available through the Agent Store, install it directly for some or all users, or block it. Tenant policy decides which, and it varies more between organisations than Claude workspaces do. Each user still signs in with their own Dillien account either way. If Dillien is not visible in your Agent Store, that is a tenant setting rather than anything on the Dillien side.
Who sees what
Each connection carries one individual Dillien login, so the assistant inherits that user’s permissions: the rooms they belong to, the folders and documents granted to them, nothing outside that. A bidder’s adviser sees the bidder’s view of the room. A seller-side associate sees the seller’s. Claude and Copilot apply the same principle on their side.
One point for the seller side: download permission governs AI access. Reading a document through an assistant requires download permission on it, so removing download rights for a user or a group removes their AI access with it.
Nothing about a connection widens access. It changes which tool reads the documents. The controls behind that are in our Trust Center.
Other assistants
ChatGPT and Saga were connected first, and setup for both is in the guide to connecting an AI assistant. More are in review, and the AI and integrations page lists what is connected today. On how this fits with the rest of the platform, see the new Dillien in practice.
